Mixologist

As a Bartender at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on crafting and serving high-quality beverages, while also providing attentive and knowledgeable service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including beer, wine, and cocktails
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for all guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails, as well as mixology techniques
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
