The Role

In this role, you will oversee the various stages of product development, collaborate with the software development team, and deploy and integrate new products. You will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet the needs of our customers.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in product development, and a deep understanding of business and technological expertise. You should be able to communicate clearly at an executive level and be comfortable digging into business requirements and technical roadblocks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage product development stages based on Sales and Marketing priorities
  • Ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget
  • Report product development progress to senior managers
  • Oversee product deployment and integration
  • Lead and support other departments to ensure better product introductions
  • Cross-departments training on new features and products
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Ensure the alignment among multiple squads and backlogs
  • Collaborate with system engineers and software architects
  • Create triage/troubleshooting guides and support documents for Level 1 and Level 2 support teams
  • Evaluate product performance metrics and facilitate adjustments
  • Document processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Keep up with advancements in product technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in technology
  • 3-5 years of experience as product manager/owner, Scrum Master or Technical Product Manager, preferably in a related industry
  • Exposure to main development software (Java, C#, C++ etc)
  • Good knowledge of SaaS architectures, web-based systems architecture, enterprise application architecture
  • A hands-on collaborator, able to span the demands of strategic projects and operational detail with ease
  • Strong commercial acumen, clear creative abilities, analytical orientation, high energy, and resilience with exceptional organizational and influencing skills
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with IT engineers and report to senior managers
  • Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration
