We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex IT services and solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight to technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of IT services and solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Manage programmatic risks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver complex IT services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing transparent communication and trusted advice.
  • Ensure program performance meets productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Serve as a people manager, coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising direct reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in IT operations and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in multiple technical disciplines, including DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud services, IT infrastructure, cyber security, networking, data management, storage, and XaaS.
  • Experience managing programmatic risks for large service delivery and infrastructure projects.
  • Experience managing technical projects using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience developing and delivering complex IT services across a diverse portfolio.
  • Experience developing solutions in a regulated federal environment and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications, such as ITIL, Lean IT, PMP, or Scrum Master.
