Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise and manage a team of construction professionals, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers, to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that projects are being completed in accordance with plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
  • B.S. in a Construction-related degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Must have a work history with a General Contractor.
  • Able to travel and work out of town multiple weeks in a row.
  • Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a proven history of upholding those policies and procedures.
