Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Construction team at Millan Enterprises, LLC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the construction department, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan all administrative functions within the construction department, including timesheet approval and project coordination.
  • Run financial reports, create agendas and slides for internal meetings, and manage construction files and tool inventory.
  • Serve as primary contact and coordinator for construction software training, ensuring all construction staff are up-to-date on new systems and processes.
  • Perform other duties of a similar nature or level, as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction administration and software, or any combination of experience and education needed to successfully perform the job.
  • Strong knowledge of construction administration principles, employee relations, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
