About the Job

We are seeking a passionate and result-driven individual to join our team at TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center. As a Behavior Technician/RBT, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBIs) reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

* Provide one-on-one support to clients with ASD and TBIs
* Implement behavior intervention plans to promote positive behaviors
* Collaborate with our team of professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Negative TB test result
* Credentialing documentation
