Position Overview:
As a PASRR Specialized Services Associate, you will provide customized support and training to clients who have been recommended for Specialized Services.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Safeguard individual rights and prevent any form of abuse or mistreatment.
  • Encourage individuals to contribute to the community by utilizing their distinct skills.
  • Enhance community involvement and social development.
  • Support personal advancement in accordance with individual capabilities.
  • Promote community integration and deliver sensory motor stimulation.
  • Provide behavioral support and facilitate social interactions.
  • Track progress towards established goals and participate in essential meetings.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain precise documentation and comply with regulations.
  • Engage in required training sessions and fulfill assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
