Job Description

Job Summary:

Pkaza is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead the engineering and design of facility and building systems for Data Centers and other Critical Facilities Projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all phases of project management, from design to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and establish project work plans
  • Manage client relationships and expectations through effective communication and project updates
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers and technical staff
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with industry best practices
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including cost tracking and financial forecasting
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including project contractors and suppliers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or AIA certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in the MEP consulting industry
  • Strong knowledge of data center and critical facilities design, including building systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
