Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic sales associate who is passionate about health and wellness, and has a desire to share that passion with others. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, making recommendations based on your product knowledge, and generating sales to meet personal and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and make recommendations based on customer needs
  • Generate sales and meet personal and company productivity goals
  • Work with store management to maintain the appearance of the store and complete tasks such as cash handling, inventory count, and deposits
  • Complete omni-channel orders timely and accurately
  • Stay up-to-date on product information, advertising, promotions, and other marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Self-motivated and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
