Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement civil engineering designs and plans for land development projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Research and interpret city standards, codes, and zoning requirements for sites
  • Prepare grading, storm drain, utility, sewer, as-built, and street improvement plans under the direction of the Project Manager
  • Communicate effectively with agencies and plan checkers to ensure project compliance
  • Prepare comment response letters and other project-related documents
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in land development
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and codes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in AutoCad
  • EIT and Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
