Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in land development, with a focus on project management and team leadership.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • EIT and Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
