Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team at LaBella Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing detailed site and grading plans, as well as storm water management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Development: Develop detailed site and grading plans, including erosion and sediment control plans.
  • Storm Water Management: Design and implement storm water management systems, including water and wastewater design, roadway and parking design, and construction detailing and specifications.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, including preparation of inventory assessments, analysis, and reports.
  • Proposal Development: Develop professional services proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Client Management: Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in a professional consulting environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Registration: Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
  • Skills: Excellent technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, project teams, and colleagues.
  • CAD Design: Solid CAD design skills and experience with Civil 3D are a plus.
