Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, with experience in managing patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals. As a compassionate Nurse Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to grow your medical expertise while providing personalized care to our clients.


Responsibilities
  • Evidence-Based Care: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
  • Patient Assessment and Management: Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and treat various health conditions, including chronic illnesses and minor injuries.
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with caregivers and other medical professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Documenting Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatments.

Qualifications
  • A valid state Nurse Practitioners license
  • Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
  • Active state DEA licensure
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience; at least 2 years as a nurse practitioner preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining accurate records
