Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our Orthopedic Surgery team at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with our physicians to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians in clinic and operating room settings
  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and compile patient medical data
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as x-rays and laboratory tests
  • Perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections and suturing
  • Develop and implement patient management plans
Requirements
  • BA/BS or MS degree in a related field
  • Graduate of an AMA-accredited PA program
  • Current state PA license or willingness to apply
  • Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
  • Current CPR certification
