Nurse Practitioner

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

• Implement Patient Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Assess Patients: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental health needs.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Communicate with Patients and Families: Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients and their families, ensuring they are informed and engaged in the care process.
• Administer Medication: Safely and effectively administer medication to patients as prescribed by healthcare providers.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Licensure: Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
• Certification: American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or equivalent required within thirty (30) days of hire.
• Experience: Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
