Electronics Assembly and Inspection Specialist

Hitachi is seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly and Inspection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting electronic components and sub-assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies using hand tools and equipment
  • Inspect assembled components and sub-assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Use electrical test equipment to verify functionality and performance
  • Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and production control to resolve product issues and improve processes
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety procedures and protocols
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in electrical assembly or electrical technician role
  • Strong ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Ability to use hand and power tools, as well as electrical test equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with electrical assembly equipment and fine soldering
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
