We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at Soliant. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver speech and language therapy services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Therapy Session Assistance: Assist SLPs in carrying out individualized therapy plans for clients, ensuring that each client receives personalized care and attention.
  • Therapy Session Conduct: Conduct therapy sessions focused on speech, language, and communication goals, using evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote client progress.
  • Material Preparation: Prepare and organize therapy materials and activities, ensuring that each client has access to the resources they need to succeed.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document clients' progress, providing feedback and observations to the supervising SLP to inform treatment decisions.
  • Client Education: Educate clients and their families on therapy exercises and strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and client progress, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other professionals and team members to support comprehensive client care, ensuring that each client receives a coordinated and effective treatment plan.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associates degree or certification in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current state licensure or certification as an SLPA.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of speech and language therapy techniques and practices, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience: Experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred, but not required.
