Job Summary

The Respiratory Therapist plays a vital role in our team, providing airway management, administering medications, and ensuring the effective application of oxygen therapy. This position requires strong communication skills, as the therapist will work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to plan, implement, and evaluate therapy plans.

Responsibilities
  • Administer oxygen therapy and nebulized medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Manage patient airways and ensure effective secretion removal
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement therapy plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy
  • NC Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist certification within 6 months of program completion
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist certification within 12 months of program completion
Work Schedule

This position requires a 7am-7pm schedule, with every third weekend rotation and occasional call shifts.
