With a minimum of two years of formal teaching or tutoring experience, you will guide students through the captivating realms of mathematics, language arts, and more, harmonizing your approach with common core standards and our meticulously crafted training materials.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Academic coaching (tutoring) in one-on-one and/or group settings
- This position requires IN PERSON availability.
- This position requires you have reliable transportation to go to school sites
- Tutoring subjects include mathematics of all levels K-12, College, and lower levels (grades 1-5 OK- *all math levels* are invited to apply), as well as other subjects such as language arts and Spanish
- Follow a personalized plan of action (POA) for each individual student (training is provided)
- Reporting around student results (training is provided)
- Use materials in alignment with common core and approved by schools (materials and training is provided)
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2- year degree or higher preferred (Current students or those with some college Math courses and work experience are invited to apply.)
- Saturday availability from 9 am-11 am for mandatory monthly team huddles
- A commitment to hold the position at least through the end of the school year or longer
- A strong desire to make a difference in students' lives
- Mandatory professionalism and good communication skills. ( i.e., timely response to emails, text)
- Ability to teach at least elementary-level Math
- Availability to work at least three days per week between Monday through Friday, 2pm-9 pm (PST) and Saturday, 9 am-2 pm. Additional availability 10 am -2 pm (PST) is a plus.
