Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on end-user computing services.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes and IT service management frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud-based EUC solutions, such as Office 365 and Intune.
  • Experience with automation tools, such as PowerShell and Python.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and ticketing systems.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to lead and mentor IT teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong business acumen to drive business growth and improve cost efficiency.
