About the Role

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is a leading provider of high-impact, technical solutions to complex national security issues. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Analyst to join our team and support our clients in the US and abroad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic planning and coordination of program-wide activities
  • Support the development of integrated plans and assessments
  • Assess program progress and provide data-driven insights
  • Develop and implement nuclear mindset training programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience with DoD acquisition and coordination with international partners
  • 20+ years of experience in the US Navy as a nuclear-trained officer or overseeing nuclear programs
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint
  • Current DoD security clearance - minimum Secret
Desirable Qualifications
  • Service onboard a US submarine, preferably in a leadership role
  • Experience with Team Submarine and NAVSEA
  • Experience/knowledge of Navy acquisition program office organizations and processes
  • Experience within a flag front office
