Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Observe patient conditions and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, mobility, and personal hygiene.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans.
- Maintain precise and current patient records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
- Adhere to established protocols and procedures for infection control and patient safety.

Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Valid LPN license in North Carolina.
- Current CPR certification and basic life support training.
