Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU team as an ICU Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care and a strong understanding of cardiac care. The ICU Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of unit policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with cardiac diagnoses.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
- 2 years of experience in critical care, preferably in an ICU setting.
- ACLS and BCLS certifications.
- CCRN certification preferred.
