Your Daily Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Treatment Coordinator, your role will involve:
- Work Schedule: Monday and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and a half day on Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM.
- Lunch Break: A 60-minute lunch break will be provided during your workday.
- End of Day: Typically, your workday will conclude 15 to 30 minutes after our closing time.
- Team Meetings: Participate in a brief team huddle every morning before the office opens.
In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their treatment experience, ensuring their comfort, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your daily tasks will include managing travel cards, assisting with progress evaluations, coordinating rehabilitation treatments, and facilitating a seamless patient flow. You will also engage in patient education, treatment planning, consultations, and diagnostic assessments, playing a vital role in helping our healthcare professionals deliver optimal care.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Requirements:
- Completion of Exercise Physiology or Anatomy courses.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a rehabilitation or exercise environment.
- CCPA certification.
