Independent Contractors Needed

Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to conduct property inspections for our insurance partners. While prior experience in loss control is advantageous, it is not mandatory. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in insurance, firefighting, military service, or construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange meetings with property owners
  • Capture photographs and assess the overall state of the property
  • Communicate effectively through various channels including phone, email, and in-person
  • Inspect both commercial and residential properties for potential risks
  • Prepare a concise report of findings and upload images to the designated service platform
  • Adhere to carrier guidelines and uphold quality standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all interactions
  • Travel locally to conduct field inspections
Qualifications:
  • Access to a vehicle, computer, smartphone, and reliable internet connection
  • Detail-oriented and inquisitive
  • Ability to photograph and accurately measure property dimensions
  • Strong time management and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer proficiency, including document management and email
  • Experience in construction, safety, real estate, or military service is a plus, but not essential.
  • Applicants must reside within the specified geographic area.
