Are you passionate about supporting individuals on their path to recovery? EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit organization, is seeking a dedicated Case Manager Aide/Drug Screener for our Nassau Family Treatment Court Expansion Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct oral and urine drug tests for family court participants, following the directives of Family Court Judges.
  • Ensure precise and complete documentation for each test, keeping all records current and accurate.
  • Manage instant drug tests and prepare specimens for lab analysis, maintaining a strict chain of custody.
  • Coordinate with the lab to ensure timely and accurate results, and enter findings into the NYS Unified Court System program.
  • Secure necessary HIPAA releases prior to specimen collection and collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in drug testing is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with participants.
