Job Title: Sonographer/Ultrasound Specialist - Infertility

We are seeking a highly skilled Sonographer/Ultrasound Specialist to join our team at Albrecht Women's Care For Reproducti. As a key member of our fertility care team, you will be responsible for performing advanced ultrasound procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians with uterine testing procedures and embryo transfers.
  • Perform follicular, gynecological, and early obstetrical ultrasound exams.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining what to expect.
  • Set up and adjust equipment, manually maneuvering transducers to perform exams.
  • Implement safety standards and perform quality control procedures.
  • Recognize significant structures, artifacts, pathology, and equipment limitations.
  • Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Submit high-quality images and documents to the EMR.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly department, including procedure rooms, storage areas, and dressing rooms.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OB/GYN Sonographer.
  • Certified in diagnostic ultrasound, in accordance with state regulations.
  • Current ARDMS license and registration in OB/GYN specialty.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Ability to work independently and be reliable and responsible.
