- Conduct intensive casework, assessment, intervention, and referral services
- Liaise with other services along the continuum of care and community support services
- Exercise initiative and independent judgment based on professional knowledge, experience, and hospital policy
- Master's Degree from an accredited graduate school of social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling
- Licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the State of New York
This role will be based in a clinical setting, with potential exposure to blood, body fluids, excretions, or secretions. You will be required to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, and pull, with medium work demands.
