NTT Data Americas is Hiring

This is a permanent, full-time, salaried position with benefits.

This role requires in-office presence for a majority of the week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend service level agreements (SLA) and assess system performance accordingly.
  • Oversee planning sessions, daily standups, demonstrations, retrospectives, and sprint execution.
  • Eliminate obstacles and navigate through challenging situations effectively.
  • Ensure teams utilize contemporary practices and tools for development.
  • Take ownership of driving change across the entire development community.
  • Foster operational excellence within your teams.
  • Ensure systems self-report breaches and investigate root causes.
  • Create a culture of individual accountability.
  • Facilitate brainstorming and planning for project execution and delivery.
  • Schedule and assign project tasks to team members.
  • Oversee the execution of each project phase.
  • Manage the project budget effectively.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least five years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with a lasting positive impact.
  • A minimum of five years establishing collaborative relationships with product management, governance, UX design, vendors, and supporting teams.
  • Five years of experience in defining and organizing programs, analyzing data, driving performance improvements, and influencing resource allocation throughout all execution stages.
  • Five years of experience fostering an environment of engineering excellence and innovation.
  • Five years of experience collaborating closely with development teams to build and launch new products, features, and programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of infrastructure and architecture.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies such as Scrum and Agile.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in both technical and non-technical terms.
