Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to homeowners, board members, and service providers.
  • Assist residents with clubhouse and access device inquiries via phone and email.
  • Prepare clubhouse facilities for scheduled events.
  • Manage the distribution of access devices on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of access devices using spreadsheets.
  • Process requests and payments related to clubhouse usage and access devices.
  • Update vendor information for the customer support team.
  • Order access devices to ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Monitor clubhouse events for precise billing at month-end.
  • Provide coverage for front desk during lunch breaks.
  • Complete end-of-day closing tasks.
