ENT Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ENT Nurse to join our team at Carle Health. As an ENT Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our ENT department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and education to patients with ear, nose, and throat issues.
  • Assist providers in the delivery of patient care and perform various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the ENT team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
  • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Registered Professional Nurse (RN) License in Illinois.
  • College Diploma in Nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
