Job Summary

The University of Pennsylvania seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to support faculty research in the Wharton Real Estate Center. The successful candidate will work closely with faculty members to collect, analyze, and interpret data, and assist in the development of research reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in economics, statistics, or a related field, and excellent programming skills. Experience with database management and data analysis is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources
  • Develop and maintain databases to support research projects
  • Assist in the development of research reports and presentations
  • Work closely with faculty members to identify research opportunities and develop research plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or research
  • Excellent programming skills, including proficiency in SQL and data analysis software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
