Job Overview

As a vital member of the Amazon team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Locker+ retail locations. We seek individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and are adaptable to a dynamic work environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their package pickups and returns, creating a positive experience for each visitor.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Receive, organize, and store customer orders while managing returns and preparing items for delivery.
  2. Address customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  3. Engage in problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient workspace.
  5. Oversee operations at a Locker+ location, including opening and closing procedures.
  6. Utilize technology such as smartphones and handheld devices for sorting, scanning, and preparing orders.
  7. Receive and process truck deliveries.
Physical Requirements

Candidates should be prepared to:

  1. Lift items weighing up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  2. Stand and walk for shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  3. Use equipment like carts and dollies to transport items.
  4. Navigate stairs when necessary.
  5. Be available for part-time shifts between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with varying schedules each week.
