Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Shopper to join our team at Walmart. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support membership by providing information on membership benefits, promoting the value of Walmart products and services, and processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
  • Participate in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.
  • Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Fulfill member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, and ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices.
  • Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Walmart's products and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet membership goals.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00*. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
