Tow Driver Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tow Driver to join our team at Metropolitan Hospitality Group. As a Tow Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles to our facility, communicating with dispatchers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure disabled vehicles to tow trucks using straps, chains, winches, and other devices.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, advocates, and dispatchers.
  • Perform basic repairs on the scene, such as changing tires, reconnecting parts, or jumpstarting vehicles.
  • Complete paperwork and collect payment from customers.
  • Adhere to MNDOT policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds.
