Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brewer to join our team at Tilray Beer Division. As a Brewer, you will be responsible for operating our two- to four-vessel, 50 BBL brew systems, and supporting the brewhouse and cellar operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain brewhouse equipment, including wort production, raw material gathering, and yeast pitching.
  • Support cellar operations, including tank cleaning, transfers, centrifugation, yeast management, dry hopping, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with the Brewing Management team and Lead Brewers to improve safety, quality, and production practices.
  • Drive and sustain new ideas to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Brewing degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Strong safety record and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, swings, and graveyards.
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds repeatedly.
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment.
  • Desire to continually create high-quality products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
  • Sound analytical skills, including mathematics and organization.
  • Ability to manage people in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office-related software.
