Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Great Falls, MT. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, assigning and scheduling tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and schedule tasks to technicians based on skill set and project requirements
  • Monitor workers and provide clear on-the-job instructions
  • Provide on-the-job training and orientation to apprentices and technicians
  • Execute project plans and manage work scope within budget
  • Review work cards and ensure accurate documentation
  • Verify daily time cards and ensure accurate billing
  • Ensure crew members follow Avmax's policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field
  • Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage employees
  • Certificated under 14 CFR Part 65 for the work being supervised
