About the Role:
You will be part of our high-paced inbound/outbound contact center, responsible for making our clients' move-in process stress-free by connecting their essential home services. Your goal will be to close the sale in one call using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
Key Qualifications:
- You must be coachable, quickly learning and applying our sales process.
- You must be competitive, with uncapped commission and goals to chase together.
- You must be a goal crusher, consistently performing on various dimensions while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience.
- You must be honest, with integrity being non-negotiable.
- You must have an awesome attitude, with a focus on teamwork and a fun work environment.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
