- 1st Shift: 5:15 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Thursday
- 2nd Shift: 5:15 pm - 5:30 am, Monday - Thursday (includes a $2.00 per hour shift differential)
- 3rd Shift: 5:15 am - 7:00 pm, Friday - Sunday
Incentive: $1,000.00 Hiring Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment consistently.
- Maintain quality assurance and follow all operational procedures while fulfilling job orders according to customer specifications efficiently.
- Accurately pack boxes with the required number of units per order, ensuring compliance with quality and product identification standards.
- Identify and rectify any equipment issues, reporting mechanical or safety concerns to supervisors and maintenance personnel.
- Achieve production targets for assigned products or processes.
- Maintain cleanliness in your work area and throughout the facility.
- Provide suggestions for process enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to read, write, and interpret numerical sequences, as well as identify lot numbers and communicate effectively.
- Prior experience in high-volume manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Capability to lift, push, pull packages, and perform repetitive motions consistently.
- Willingness to work 12-hour or 13.5-hour shifts.
- Comfortable working with various substances and in changing environmental conditions.
