Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to buildings, grounds, and amenities to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair technical and mechanical issues, including plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Comply with OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
- Participate in on-call rotations to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
- Background in customer service and maintenance or repair work.
- EPA Universal HVAC certification for refrigerant recycling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, and bending.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $18+ per hour.
- Full-time benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
