About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Manager to join our Marketing and Corporate Communications department. As a key member of our Employee & Executive Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive People & Culture Communications strategy that engages and empowers employees to be proud ambassadors of the PNC brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategic communications plan that leverages employee communications and corporate recognition programs to educate, engage, and empower employees.
  • Identify opportunities to expand employee engagement communications and activations beyond existing corporate recognition programs to drive greater inclusion and consistency.
  • Serve as the executive communications lead for PNC's chief human resources officer and provide internal communications support to other HR leaders.
  • Leverage employee engagement survey data, along with peer benchmarking and industry best practices, to inform our communications and activations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university/college degree and at least 8 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years of prior management experience. You will also need to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels. Preferred skills include branding, change management, creative process, design thinking, digital marketing, media relations, prioritization, strategic communication planning, and strategic planning.
