About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including ringing sales, handling returns, and counting change.
  • Support the sales team by maintaining a high level of product knowledge, suggesting products to customers, and promoting credit and loyalty programs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
  • Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with diverse customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
