Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team at NEXDINE Hospitality. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing daily breakfast and lunch meals for our customers in our corporate cafe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cook breakfast and lunch items to order, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining the grill station according to company guidelines, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Stock the grill station with necessary items for service, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist in supporting culinary staff at various stations as directed, working collaboratively as a team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting and thanking customers, and operating and sanitizing customer service equipment safely and properly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Previous customer service experience in food service, with a focus on providing excellent service to customers.
  • Dependable and able to work in a team environment.
