Job Description

Overview

  • V2X is a leading provider of mission support solutions to the US Department of Defense. As a Site Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients across the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the principal site representative for all matters pertaining to the Task Order.
  • Collect and report metrics, manage scope, prioritize work and resources, and serve as the identified contact for the Government to manage metrics, reports, briefings, and other means of communication.
  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and performance of projects or tasks in accordance with Task Order requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all Task Order activities and assigned personnel within the Area of Responsibility.
  • Ensure completion and timely submission of required tasks and deliverables as outlined in this Performance Work Statement.
  • Ensure sufficient coverage of contractor personnel in each task area to meet deliverables and tasks.
  • Provide project management support and oversight of all projects.
  • Coordinate with the Project Management Office and Contracting Officer's Representative on Task Order requirements and concerns as needed.
  • Develop and implement project schedules.
  • Direct and supervise resources for the performance of project assignments and activities.
  • Responsible for personnel, finance, training, supply systems, and support services necessary for specific site requirements.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors providing services and materials.
  • Optimize operating results in terms of cost, methods, personnel, and implement quality assurance program directives.
  • Manage Task Order performance through effective leadership of the site, to include compliance with quality and safety/environmental standards.
  • Complete site visits to ensure contractor personnel at outlying sites are completing tasks/deliverables as outlined in this Performance Work Statement.
  • Responsible for ensuring all site personnel adhere to host nation standards of conduct.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management or related field from an accredited university/college with ten years' experience of successful managerial experience on DoD projects or Major Certification plus 14 years of recent specialized experience of military or civilian equivalent operations as it pertains to maintenance, integration, installation, engineering/facility/SCIF, and logistics support.
  • Demonstrated leadership in successfully managing complex projects with large numbers of personnel, equipment, and mission support operations required.
  • Management experience in contingency support operations.
  • Knowledge of practical application of information operations for military operations.
  • Skilled in operations, logistics, and resource management.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, verbal/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of configuration management, quality assurance, integrated logistics, engineering/facility/SCIF, warehousing, materiel management, and maintenance activities.
  • Skilled briefer.
  • Fluent in the English language, including the ability to read and write.
  • US Citizen. Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704. Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2.
