Key Responsibilities- Implement evidence-based nursing practices to promote positive patient outcomes
- Administer medications accurately and safely
- Maintain effective communication with patients, staff, and physicians
- Participate in client admissions, narcotics counts, and prior authorizations
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
- Valid LPN licensure in the state of MN
- Comprehensive understanding of MN Statutes related to providing services for the population we serve
- CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite programs
