We are seeking to recruit a dedicated Behavior Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Become a vital part of our exceptional autism treatment team, providing essential behavior therapy to individuals on the autism spectrum.

Our Behavioral Therapists utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to assist children with Autism and related developmental challenges in a home, clinic, or educational environment.

Your role will involve implementing behavior modification strategies through personalized therapy sessions, collecting data electronically, aiding in parent training, and collaborating with fellow team members to deliver invaluable support to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
  • Execute individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs
  • Gather data to assess the progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
  • Assist the BCBA in training families on the implementation of treatment strategies.
  • Engage in team meetings and professional development workshops.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times.
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of STEPS, LLC

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with children facing behavioral challenges
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work flexible full-time and part-time schedules
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

-Registered Behavior Technician Certification

-Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or a related discipline

-At least one year of clinical experience with pediatric populations

-Experience in ABA practices
