Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Site Delivery Manager to join our team at McLaren. As a key member of our IT Delivery Operations, you will serve as the strategic interface with our assigned subsidiary, driving business and IT strategy development, solution discovery, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive process improvement and standardization at assigned subsidiary locations and amongst peers
  • Identify and proactively resolve subsidiary needs and concerns, preventing formal escalations
  • Coordinate and manage executive briefings and meetings based on IT governance processes
  • Manage third-party vendors and oversee ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Communicate contractual service level agreements with McLaren supporting partners
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with four years of experience in healthcare IT and three additional years of IT and/or healthcare leadership experience
  • OR Bachelor's degree in information management, business administration, or related field, with three years of IT and/or healthcare leadership experience
