Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Buford, GA.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide essential support to students, working closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Your primary responsibility will be to work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement intervention strategies, collect and document data to monitor student progress, and support students in achieving behavior and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with BCBAs, educators, and families.
  • Collect and document data to track student progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Support students in achieving behavior and communication goals through tailored interventions.
Requirements
  • Current RBT certification (required).
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data effectively.
  • Commitment to supporting the social, emotional, and behavioral growth of students.
