About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Regulatory Specialist to join our team in supporting the Foods EUM and technologies. As a key member of our regulatory team, you will be responsible for evaluating raw materials, labels, and product claims to ensure compliance with regulations. You will also manage customer, supplier, and 3rd-party relationships, partner with key stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date awareness and knowledge of food regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate raw materials, labels, and product claims for compliance with regulations.
  • Manage customer, supplier, and 3rd-party relationships.
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including RDA, Sales, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness and knowledge of food regulations.
  • Commercialize compliant products for positioning and labeling.
  • Review and approve labels and label copy, product specifications, product claims, and substantiation.

Requirements

  • Min BS in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nutrition, or a related science field.
  • 7-15+ years' experience in regulatory roles within the food industry.
  • Experience with one or more of the following technologies: dairy, bakery, culinary, or emulsifier technologies.
  • Experience in project management, working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft programs.

Compensation

The typical hiring range for this role is $89,000 to $131,000 annually, based on several factors including education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. Kerry offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and retirement contribution.
