Job Title: Concrete Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Superintendent to join our team at T&T Construction. As a Concrete Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and equipment operators.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment expenses.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Concrete Superintendent or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
